Shipping policy
Processing time
Normally, orders after payment will be ready for shipment within 3 business days. When there is a high volume of orders, or during a holiday or weekend, there may be a slight delay.
Shipping cost
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your order has been placed successfully.
Once the package is shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking number.
Please note: When placing an order, we require a physical street address. We can only ship to PO Boxes for small orders, but for larger orders, Australia Post / TNT does not allow us to ship to a PO Box.
International Buyers
We only ship products within Australia.
Damages
We understand damages may happen during shipping, so if you receive your order damaged, please don't hesitate to contact us via support@evshome.come.au. Our support team will investigate and help you out.
